2. App Overview & Developer

Dealora is a brand deals and coupon discovery application developed, operated, and maintained by Gree Web Solutions.

The application helps users discover deals, discounts, promotional offers, and coupon codes from popular brands and online stores.

3. Deals & Coupon Codes

Dealora provides users with access to deals, discounts, promotional offers, and coupon codes from various brands and online stores.

Coupon codes and offers may be subject to specific conditions, restrictions, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, eligibility requirements, or expiration dates.

Availability and terms may change at any time.

4. Brand Listings

Dealora may display listings for brands and online stores, including shopping, fashion, electronics, food, travel, beauty, and other categories.

Brand names, logos, trademarks, product names, and other intellectual property displayed in the application belong to their respective owners.

A brand being listed in the Dealora application does not necessarily mean that Dealora is owned, operated, sponsored, or officially endorsed by that brand.

5. Third-Party Links

The Dealora application may contain links that direct users to third-party brand or retailer applications and websites.

These third-party services operate independently from Dealora and may have their own terms, privacy policies, prices, products, services, and conditions.

Dealora does not control or guarantee the availability, accuracy, quality, or content of third-party services.

Any purchase or transaction made through a third-party service is between the user and the respective brand or retailer.

6. Deal & Offer Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep deal and coupon information useful and up to date.

However, Dealora does not guarantee that every coupon code, discount, promotion, price, or offer will always be available, accurate, or valid.

Offers may expire, change, become unavailable, or have conditions imposed by the respective brand or retailer.

Users should verify the final price, coupon validity, and applicable terms before completing a purchase.

7. User Responsibilities

When using the Dealora application, you agree to use the app responsibly and lawfully.

You must not:

• Use the application for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the application.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempt to misuse, manipulate, or abuse deals or coupon features.
• Manipulate the Coins, Daily Streak, or Refer & Earn features, including through fake or multiple accounts.
• Copy or reproduce substantial portions of Dealora's content without permission.

8. Accounts & Account Deletion

Some features, such as coins, rewards and referrals, require a Dealora account. You may hold only one account and are responsible for keeping your login details safe and your profile information accurate.

You can delete your account at any time in the app from Profile > Profile Details > Delete Account, or by following the steps on our account deletion page. Deletion is permanent and removes your coins, coin history, rewards and referral code.

We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or are used for fraud or abuse.

9. Coins, Daily Streak & Refer & Earn

Coins are not money. Dealora Coins are promotional reward points with no cash or monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, exchanged for money, or transferred to another account, and they are not your property. Dealora does not operate a payment wallet. You can spend coins inside the app to unlock exclusive coupons marked “Exclusive”, and to use Streak Saver to keep your streak after missing one day (once every 7 days). The coin price is shown before you confirm. Coins spent are not refundable, including if a merchant later changes, limits or ends the offer behind an unlocked coupon, and an unlocked coupon stays unlocked for your account only.

• Daily Streak: coins can be claimed once per calendar day (India Standard Time). Consecutive days move you through a 7-day cycle with the rewards shown in the app; after day 7 the cycle restarts, and missing a day resets it to day 1.
• Refer & Earn: when a new user signs up with your referral code, you and the new user each receive the coins shown in the app. A code can be applied once per account, only within 7 days of creating that account, and you cannot use your own code.
• Fair use: creating fake, duplicate or multiple accounts, referring yourself, or using automated tools to collect coins is not allowed. We may withhold, reverse or remove coins obtained this way and suspend the accounts involved.
• Changes: we may change coin amounts and rewards, or pause or end these features, at any time. Ending a feature or deleting your account removes your coins without compensation.
• Coins and rewards are never given for viewing or clicking advertisements.

10. Intellectual Property

The Dealora name, logo, application design, original content, graphics, interfaces, and other materials created for Dealora are owned by or licensed to Gree Web Solutions unless otherwise stated.

Third-party brand names, logos, trademarks, product names, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

Nothing in the Dealora application grants users ownership of Dealora's intellectual property or any third-party intellectual property.

11. App Availability

We aim to keep the Dealora application available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features, content, deals, coupon codes, brand listings, and other parts of the application may be changed, updated, suspended, or removed at any time.

12. Disclaimer

The Dealora application and its content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Dealora does not guarantee that the application will always be available, error-free, or completely accurate.

Dealora does not guarantee the availability, validity, price, discount, or performance of any third-party deal, coupon, product, service, or promotion.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gree Web Solutions and Dealora will not be responsible for losses or damages arising from:

• Use of third-party applications or websites.
• Purchases or transactions made with third-party brands or retailers.
• Expired, invalid, or unavailable coupon codes.
• Changes to prices, discounts, promotions, or offers.
• Temporary application interruptions or technical issues.
• Changes to, or the ending of, the Coins, Daily Streak, or Refer & Earn features.
• Third-party products, services, content, or policies.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to the Dealora application, features, services, or applicable requirements.

Updated terms will be made available through the application or other appropriate channels.

Your continued use of Dealora after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
