Delete Your Dealora Account

The fastest way. Your account is deleted immediately.

   Open the Dealora app and sign in.

   Go to the Profile tab and tap Profile Details.

   Tap Delete Account and confirm.

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the email address on your account, or include your registered mobile number so we can find it.

   Send an email to info@greewebsolutions.com with the subject “Dealora account deletion request”.

   Include your registered mobile number and the name on the account.

   We may ask you to confirm the request to protect your account, then delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

• Your profile: mobile number, name, email address and password
• Scratch-card rewards linked to your account
• Your Dealora Coins balance and coin history
• Your daily streak progress and your referral code

Coins have no cash value, so no balance is paid out when an account is deleted.

• If a friend joined with your referral code before you deleted your account, their account and the coins they received are not affected.
• Data processed by Google (AdMob, Firebase, Google Play) and Meta Audience Network under their own policies is handled by those providers. You can reset your advertising ID in your Android settings.
• We may keep limited information where the law requires it, for example to resolve disputes or prevent fraud, and only for as long as needed.
